Whether you are a well trained investor in property or simply somebodyone who is looking to buy a residency in the nearby area, The city of LDN has forever held an influential temptation in the property investment market. However, as house prices across Britain have continued to rise over the last couple of, there is an unhealthylack of investing in the LDN property market; the conclusion being that now, a buyers market has been created in London, with the property investor expecting returns of 7% to 6.5%.

According to housing professionals there are several London property hot areas – and today is the day to use this to our advantage. Pimlico, Fulham and Notting Hill, for example, have seen their properties drop in price; the general market in these counties, however, is now healing. And as the house markets in these well-established areas continues to recover, many other boroughs in London which aren't property hot areas have too begun picking up. Peckham, is a great example, it used to be the 2nd worst-deprived boroughs in The UK; but, £300mil private and governmentinvestment, it gained recognition from an award in 2005 from tourism initiatives. The scheme resulted in 2000 newly fashioned homes in Peckham and the area has tempted a number of retail shops. The result? It is now the best locations for investing in property in the cityLondon.
As London develops it's land and transport systems to cope with the unstoppable two-thousand-and-twelve olympics, individual councils for each peice are preparing cash ready for more investment's. Stratford is seen as a prime hot-spot and has been since 2005 at the unveiling of the olympic host. So, fingers crossed that this improvement in worth continues at the same rate forever!
